CAN I ORDER FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Orders from the United States placed through the Spotsnapr®.com webshop will be processed for shipping within 24hrs, with the exception of weekends. Typical delivery time for FREE standard airmail is between 7-14 business days including full tracking.

HOW MUCH DOES THE SHIPPING COST?

We want our customers to be satisfied, therefore we offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

As long as the item/s is in original and unused condition, simply email or telephone us with your order number and your requirements and send the original item/s back to us by post within 21 days of receipt of delivery. Alternatively send the item/s back to us by post and include a note with the order number and your requirements. Please take note that we can not assume the cost of return shipping. Exchange items will then be sent out once the returned item/s has been processed.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE WHAT I ORDERED?

No problem. DO I NEED TO PAY ANY IMPORT DUTIES OR TAXES?

It is important to note that import taxes and charges are not included in the price of your order. But the majority of shipments are delivered free of customs taxes and duties. Packages whose declared value is under $200 will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork prepared by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. We have a growing number of stores stocking Spotsnapr® eyewear, to find a store near you please use the Store locator which can be found in our side menu. Not all stores will have a full range of Spotsnapr® products, for this reason you may find it easier to shop through our website where you can view our whole range. We ship daily to all locations and have a flexible exchanges and returns policy should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase.
